Azure AD SSO Set up

Azure Active Directory Single Sign On


incentX makes it easier to log in using your Azure AD login to eliminate the need to remember additional passwords and gives administrators the ability to enable or disable users in one location.

 

To enable this feature, you will need to have administrative access to both Azure Active Directory and incentX.

1.     Log in to Azure Active Directory 

https://entra.microsoft.com, and click on "Overview", copy the Tenant ID. (you will need this later in step 3)

2.     Login to incentX 

https://app.incentx.com > Application Settings > System Configuration

 


3.     Navigate to “Azure Active Directory Single Sign-On” (at the bottom of the page) toggle "Enable Feature", and Paste the "Tenant ID" you copied in step 1,  click Save and Logout of incentX.


4.     In Azure Active Directory go to Enterprise Applications 


5.     Click New Application


6.     Search for incentX, > Click on incentX SSO this will open a slide in window.


7.     click on sign up for incentX SSO, (this will open the incentX Login Window).


8.     Click continue with SSO >  type in your email address, > click “Continue with SSO"

  

9.     On the screen click on "Consent on behalf of your organization" and accept, you’re now logged in to incentX with AAD SSO



The next step will add additional users to the incentX SSO 

 

10.  Go to the Azure Active Directory, in Enterprise Applications find the incentX SSO app > click on the incentX SSO listing which opens another window


11.  Click on Properties and check off Assignment required and save, (this will allow you to choose who in your organization gets to use SSO


12.  Click on Users and Groups.


13.  Click “None Selected" > add a User or Group of users to enable SSO for users or groups > Click "Select" > Click "Assign".




You have now enabled SSO login to incentX.
