Step 1: Click the Action button
Step 2: Select Add New to open the customer creation form
Note: When Tax Exempt is enabled, the Tax Code selection will be removed
Step 3: Fill all the details as per fields and click on save & continue button
Step 4: Fill all the details as per fields and click on save button
Step 5: Select contract and click on save button
Import Customer
Step 1: Click the Action button
Step 2: Select Import
Step 3: Select any option Replace OR Update Records
Step 4: Upload your XLSX file containing the customer's data
Step 5: Click the Upload
Click and check Valid Row(s) and Invalid Row(s)
Uploaded file valid row(s) data added in list as above
Customer Actions
Add Task
Step 1: Click the Three-dot icon in the Action column
Step 2: Click the Add Task
Step 3: Fill all the details as per fields and click on save button
Mark as Buying Group
Step 1: Click the Three-dot icon in the Action column.
Step 2: Select Mark as Buying Group. The customer will be moved to the Buying Group section
Customer Details
Click anywhere on an End User row to open the Customer Details page
Edit Details
Step 1: Click on Setting icon
Step 2: Click on Edit Icon
Step 3: Edit details as per fields and click on Save
