End Users








End Users Listing








End User Creation







Step 1: Click the Action button 
Step 2: Select Add New to open the end-user creation form 










Notes
Note: When Tax Exempt is enabled, the Tax Code selection will be removed 

Step 3: Fill all the details as per fields and click on save button



Import End-User








Step 1: Click the Action button 
Step 2: Select Import







Step 3: Select any option Replace OR Update Records
Step 4: Upload your XLSX file containing the end user's data
Step 5: Click the Upload










Click and check Valid Row(s) and Invalid Row(s)






Uploaded file valid row(s) data added in list as above



End User Details



Click anywhere on an End User row to open the End User Details page








Edit Details








Step 1: Click Edit Icon








Step 2: Edit details as per fields and click on Save







Addresses








Step 1: Click the Action button. 
Step 2: Select Add Address







Click and Select Address Type






NotesNote: When you select Shipping Address system will display Start Date, End Date and Tax-Exempt fields






Fill all details and click drop down icon and select any option







Edit Address







Step 1: Click on Edit icon








Step 2: Edit details and click Save 










Customers








Add






Step 1: Click the Action button. 
Step 2: Select Add New







Step 3:  Select Customer and Price List Click Save to add, or Refresh to remove the newly added row



 
Edit






Step 1: Click the Edit icon







Step 2: Select Customer and Price List for change Click Save to update, or Refresh to disable edit without save changes



Delete 








Step 1: Click the Delete icon. 
Step 2: Click OK to confirm deletion or cancel to close the popup without deleting.




Invoices













Credit Memos









Chargebacks








Role







Add 







Step 1: Click the Action button. 
Step 2: Select Add Role








Step 3:  Select User and Role Click Save to add, or Refresh to remove the newly added row









Edit 







Step 1: Click the Edit icon





Step 2:  Select User and Role for change Click Save to update, or Refresh to disable edit without save changes



Delete






Step 1: Click the Delete icon. 
Step 2: Click OK to confirm deletion or cancel to close the popup without deleting.




Rebate Payout







Add 







Step 1: Click the Action button. 
Step 2: Select Add New 









Step 3:  Select Customer, Shipping
 Address and PayOut Code Click Save to add, or Refresh to remove the newly added row





Edit








Step 1: Click the Edit icon








Step 2:  Select Customer, Shipping Address and PayOut Code for change Click Save to update, or Refresh to disable edit without save changes




Delete 










Step 1: Click the Delete icon. 
Step 2: Click OK to confirm deletion or cancel to close the popup without deleting.
