Case 1: When Third Party Chargeback Selected as End-User system will display End user Chargeback In Incentives-> Billback Chargeback->Chargeback Document Tab->Add Claim -> Add/ Edit
Case 2: When Third Party Chargeback Selected as Vendor system will display Third-party Claimant Chargeback In Incentives-> Billback Chargeback->Chargeback Document Tab->Add Claim -> Add/ Edit
Distribution Chargeback Types
Add
Step 1: Click Add New Type
Step 2: Enter the chargeback type and description
Step 3:Select the desired checkboxes
Step 4: Click Save to add OR Refresh icon if you don’t want to save
Edit
Step 1: Click on Edit
Step 2: Enter new OR change the chargeback type and description, un-select checkbox OR select checkbox
Step 3: Click Save to save changes OR Refresh for not save changes
Note: These types are used in: Sales → Chargeback → Add New
Distribution Chargeback Status
Add
Step 1: Click Add New Status
Step 2: Enter the status name, Select the checkbox and choose Accepted or Rejected
Step 3: Click Save or Refresh
Edit
Step 1: Click on Edit
Step 2: Enter new OR update status
Step 3: Select checkbox OR un-select
Step 4: Click Save OR Refresh
Note: If not select checkbox then system will not display Accepted OR Rejected selection options
Note: Used in: Sales → Chargeback (Closed) → Claim Attached Document → Status Module
Bulk Update Data
Step 1: Download the blank CSV template
Step 2: Browse and select the file to update records
Step 3: Click Upload
Note: Uploaded data will appear in: Companies → Customer Module

Note: Classes are retrieved from ERP

Step 1: Click on drop down icon
