Sales Order Rules Listing












Sales Order Rule Creation










Step 1: Click the Action button 
Step 2: Select Add New 









Step 3: Click the + (Add) Icon to open the Add Rules Pop up
















Step 4: Click the +(Add) icon and select any one option from the list












Step 5: Click on Class and select appropriate option from list 












Step 6: Click on = Equals and select appropriate option from list 

NotesNote: Options change as per selection of as step 5













Step 7: Click drop down icon and select appropriate option from list 


NotesNote: Options change as per selection of as step 5, 6












Step 8: After create rules click on Add











Step 9: Click drop down icon and select appropriate option from list











Step 10: Click Save to add rule or Refresh to cancel 








Edit Sales Order Rule












 
 Step 1: Click the Edit icon to enable editing 












Step 2: Click the Expand icon to view sales rep part












Step 3: Click drop down icon and select new appropriate option from list









Step 4: Click the +(Add) icon







Step 5: Change rule as you want and click on Add




Add Row








Step 6: Click the Action button 
Step 7: Select Add Row 









Step 8: Enter Key
Step 9: Click drop down icon and select Match from the list 







Step 10: Click drop down icon and select Sales Rep from list







Click outside the system will add sales rep as selected and enter data





Upload File










Step 11: Click the Action button 
Step 12: Select Upload File 









Step 13: Select File and Click Open 


NotesNote: In value if first name and last name white space system will trim that value and upload data must match against concatenated firstname + “ “ + lastname






Step 14: Click Yes for Override existing sales rep list and upload new as per file OR Cancel for not upload file







NotesNote: As above image where filed selected as a None system will not display Action-> Add Row, Uploaded File option




After click yes as per step14 system will display sales rep as uploaded file



Delete Sales Rep








Step 15: Click the Delete icon next to the sales rep
Step 16: Confirm by clicking OK to delete, or cancel to abort the action









Step 17: Click Save or Refresh to cancel 








Delete Sales Order Rule








Step 1: Click the Delete icon next to the sales order rule
Step 2: Confirm by clicking OK to delete, or cancel to abort the action
